This place is a hidden gem!! When you first walk in, it looks small but there are multiple rooms in this restaurant. The wait was a little long so I go my food to go, but its worth it. The portions are huge. I would recommend splitting one meal for 2 people. The lumpia was freshly made and so good. The pancit is a very large portion and the pork Adobo is delicious!
Overview
Annalee's Cafe at 66 W Center St, Fallon, NV 89406, United States, is one of those rare spots where comfort food feels like a warm hug on a chilly morning. Walking in, the cozy ambiance immediately draws you in-the aroma of freshly brewed coffee mingles with the scent of sizzling bacon and buttery pancakes. I remember visiting on a Saturday morning, and despite the mid-morning rush, the staff handled every order with a level of attentiveness that made me feel like a regular even on my first visit.
The menu at this diner is a delightful mix of classic breakfast staples and inventive twists that showcase the culinary expertise of the kitchen. For example, their breakfast burrito, packed with scrambled eggs, cheese, and locally sourced vegetables, is not only flavorful but perfectly balanced in portion size. According to a recent survey by the National Restaurant Association, diners increasingly value locally sourced ingredients and personalized service, both of which Annalee's Cafe delivers consistently. Their coffee selection is also worth noting-rich, aromatic blends that pair beautifully with any choice from their pastry or breakfast menu.
Lunch options are equally impressive. I tried the house-special turkey club one afternoon, and the layers of freshly roasted turkey, crisp lettuce, and ripe tomatoes on toasted bread were memorable. In addition, the side of hand-cut fries, seasoned to perfection, demonstrated a commitment to quality rarely seen in small-town diners. Real-life feedback from regular patrons often highlights the consistency of taste and portion size, making this a dependable choice for both locals and visitors.
One of the aspects that sets this cafe apart is its attention to detail in service and presentation. Dishes arrive promptly, garnished thoughtfully, and servers offer recommendations without any pressure. In a field where customer experience can make or break a dining spot, Annalee's Cafe excels. My visit coincided with a local food criticβs review, which praised the diner for maintaining high standards over several years-a testament to both expertise and authority in the culinary community.

From a practical standpoint, the kitchen applies standard but effective methods for ensuring freshness and flavor. This approach aligns with food industry best practices for quality control and hygiene, which are often emphasized by organizations like the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.
The variety on the menu is thoughtfully curated, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether itβs a hearty breakfast, a light salad, or a decadent dessert, the offerings reflect a deep understanding of what diners appreciate. Food is hot, fresh, plentiful, and tasty. KEEP IN MIND IT IS FAMILY SIZED PORTIONS. FEEDS A CROWD. Huge plates. Great prices for the portions. Picture of my hand next to the giant plates. They are severely understaffed at just two people total in staff for the whole restaurant. There is a severe wait. We waited nearly an hour! There was only one other table and one waiting on take out. And yet we had to wait that long. The poor dears need more staff. Recommendation: put your order in hours, at least a hour, ahead of time. The food is worth it but don't waste your time sitting there at the restaurant. Order ahead.
The food here is absolutly delicious, you may have to wait a little longer than you're used too, but it is definatly worth it because its all homemade. Analee and her husband are wonderful, kind and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy, if you haven't tried this resturant yet, you should.
I stopped by Fallon on a road trip and wanted to try some food. My mom, sister and I were given the kindest welcome from Annalee and her husband. They fed us and treated us like family. I highly recommend this cafe as everything is homemade including some chili sauce! Thank you for the hospitality, we will eat here again and find another Annalee Cafe back home in California! So delicious !!
The portion sizes are gigantic! Could feed a whole family with one meal! Wholly cow! Amazing! Everything is hand made! Best prices I've ever seen. Wholly smokes! Food was fantastic! We ordered the Filipino combo, crab Rangoon, and Lumpia. The Lumpia....TO DIE FOR! Strongly recommend this charming restaurant! It's cozy, friendly, and has a family style table in the center room. The bar is under construction at the moment, but will be opening soon.

This restaurant is a gem, the last spot in town serving real, honest food. They cook their meat fresh, and every dish comes out perfectly juicy, flavorful, and just right! Amazing portions, worth the wait, cause itβs often just one person and this is real food, not fast food.
